If the items you have ordered are in stock they will shipping out within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Once your order has shipped you will be provided with a shipping notification that in most cases will include a tracking number that corresponds with the given shipping services. Once the order has shipped it should under normal circumstance arrive with in the time frame you selected at check out.
Our website is usually up to date with item accuracy. If there is a situation in which one or more of the items you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you with the info you provided. For this reason we ask that you do provide a phone number at check out, should any issues arise we will contact you promptly to resolve the issue.
In the lower 48 states Arm Rippin Toys does offer the option of free economy ground shipping on orders over $799. This excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or US Virgin Islands. If you live in one of these excluded locations we do ask for you to contact us, to try and work out the most economical shipping method.

A Return Merchandise Authorization number is required, and must be written on the outside shipping box. To obtain the RMA number you must complete the return item form and email it to email@example.com. To obtain the return item form email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 907-351-4830
*Returns must be packaged securely in the original container or box, as well as an outer container or box.
*Do not write on or mark the product packaging itself. Write only on the outer shipping container or box
*Packages received without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the outer carton will be refused credit and the package returned to sender.
*Returnable items must be received by Arm Rippin Toys within 30 days of the product being received by you the customer. (This will be based on the tracking info) *Returned product must be in new, resalable condition, with all original boxes, packaging, parts, cables, manuals, etc.
*Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected, and, at our discretion, credit may be denied or a restocking fee of 15% may be applied.
*Original shipping charges will not be refunded.
*Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable.
*Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated returning products.
*Some examples of when credit may be denied (it is not limited to these items and credit may be denied for other reasoning determined by Arm Rippin Toys)
*Product has been installed and/or used

*All Edge Products, and PPE product returns will not be accepted without an RMA# from the manufacturer. Once you have received the manufacturer's RMA number you still MUST get an RMA number from Xtreme Diesel Performance. Once the product is returned and inspected you will be issued a Store Credit or Exchange.
*Shipments refused by you the customer and returned back to Arm Rippin Toys will be subject to 25% restocking fee.
*Core credit returns will be accepted within 30 days from receipt of products by you the customer. Unless otherwise noted by written approval, any core not returned within the 30 day window may be subject to core credit return denial.
*To return your product core for credit, fill out the Return Form and mark "I am returning a core." Then email the form to email@example.com. Arm Rippin Toys will email you an RMA number as well as return instructions. Please wait for shipment instructions before shipping any cores, cores may be sent directly to the manufacturer or distributor.
*We recommend using a carrier that provides package tracking to and insurance ensure your product gets back safely. You will not be reimbursed for shipping costs incurred in shipping the core.
*The credit card used for the purchase of the original product will be credited the "core value" once the parts have been inspected and deemed a good core.
*Please drain all fluids, if any, from the core. The core returned must be a like-for-like make, model, type and part number. Cores will not be accepted from a salvage or junkyard. Cores that have been disassembled or have missing and/or damaged major components will not receive full core credit. Cores deemed not to be a good rebuildable core may be subject to partial refund or complete core charge denial.
Any warranty regarding products sold by Arm Rippin Toys are implied by and subject to the manufacturers warranty. No additional warranty is implied. If you need assistance or have questions regarding a warranty claim please contact the manufacturer directly.
Under no circumstances is Arm Rippin Toys liable for any labor charged, travel time incurred for diagnosis, defects, removal, or reinstallation of any product, or any other contingent expenses.
